"I was looking for new insurance company to lower my monthly homeowner insurance cost when I ran into this awesome gentleman Chad Baker. The process of switching insurance companies can be cumbersome if not overwhelming sometimes due to vast amount of information and details out in the market not to mention the ongoing scams out there. I have been very lucky this time. Chad was incredibly experienced and very professional. He made the process extremely easy due to his vast knowledge and excellent communication skills. In addition, I felt very comfortable due to his honesty and kind demeanor. He explained his insurance policy clearly and showed me how much money I would be able to save as he took the time to compare my current rate to his new options which ended up saving me over a thousand of dollars per year. In these hard economic times, we can all appreciate any potential means to save that extra buck, and Chad made me a very happy customer indeed. Chad welcomed meeting me in person and was full of smiles and kindness as he prepared the paperwork and made the process extremely seamlessly easy. I ended up switching all my real estate and my auto policies to the new policies he granted me. I left the office very happy knowing that I have just saves thousands of dollars. On my drive back home, I called my previous insurance company and told them to take a hike. Thank you, Chad, for your hard work and for helping me through this process. "Very poor experience with this agency, I would stay away and look elsewhere. We were quoted a price and State Farm doubled our monthly premium. This was caused by a IT issue on their side, and they were only able to semi-resolve the issue 6 months later."
